No Refund Policy — Digital Products

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from radioactivetv.org, operated by x13down (“RadioactiveTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products are final, except where cancellation, a refund, or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Because our products are supplied digitally, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchased digital content has been delivered or access has been provided.

Subject to your legal rights, we do not issue refunds because you:

• Change your mind after purchase.

• Decide that you no longer want or need the product.

• Do not use, download, or access content that was correctly supplied and available as described.

• Select the wrong product when its description was accurate.

• Use a device or software that does not meet compatibility requirements clearly disclosed before purchase.

2. Review Before Purchasing

Please review the product description, price, access duration, and any disclosed technical requirements before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Problems, Technical Issues, and Billing Errors

Include your order number or proof of purchase, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

We will investigate and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. Where required by law, this may include supplying the product, correcting an error, repairing or replacing digital content, reducing the price, or issuing a refund.

4. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. These may include rights relating to digital content that is not supplied, is defective, or does not match its description.

Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period applies, that right remains available unless it has been validly lost under applicable law.

For digital content supplied during such a period, we will obtain any required express consent to begin supply and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and provide any required confirmation. Accepting this policy alone does not replace those requirements.

This policy does not remove any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise improper charge.
